Please read the information below before placing an order. If there is something you would like to know that isnt answered below, please do not hesitate to contact me!

SAMPLES: If you would like a sample of any of the designs, please go to the samples page and click the add to basket symbol on each of the designs you would like to purchase. All samples are charged at £2.00 each which includes the Postage and Packaging charges. I will then contact you to get all the relevant details and colours

ORDERING: If you would like to place an order, you can either e-mail your chosen items and design to me sarahjane82uk@yahoo.co.uk  Telephone me on 01604 671521 or print off an order form and send it to me via post to: 8 Medelln Hill, Southfields, Northampton, NN3 5DF I will be in touch with you as soon as possible once I have received your order to discuss any further details with you

PRICES: All prices for the following items include standard white envelopes: Save the Date Cards, Daytime and Evening Invitations, RSVP Cards and Thank You Cards. If you require envelopes for any of the other items, please ask for a price on these. If you would like an even more personal touch to your invitations, I can print each of the guests names on rather than leaving them blank for you to fill in. This would be at a cost of 10p extra per item. If you would prefer, I can also supply any of my folded card designs without inserts for a reduced price, please contact me for more details on these options.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING: Please Note that all prices shown EXCLUDE Postage and Packaging charges (expect for samples and greetings cards which can be bought on the shopping cart pages) P+P will be calculated and added to your order, there are different options available on P+P as follows:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and will not be insured for loss, damage or delay

Royal Mail 1st Class: Items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class and will not be insured for loss, damage or delay

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: Orders up to the value of £30 will be insured and refunds will be issued (up to the value of your order) if the items are lost or damaged in the post, signature required on delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders up to the value of £500 will be insured, Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, extra cover also available for orders over the value of £500. Refunds will be given (up to the value of your order) if items are lost or damaged in the post. Signature required on delivery

Other Options: Alternative options are also available such as same or next day Courier Service, I will discuss the best options with you depending on your order.

If you choose any delivery options other than Special Delivery, I can not be held responsible for items being delayed

 

DELIVERY: Timescales for each order will vary depending on the size of your order and the amount of other work I have on at the same time. When you place an order, I will give you an estimated delivery date, I will also contact you once items have been posted to let you know this. If you need your items quickly however, please contact me to arrange this and I will do my best to accommodate you. Wedding invitations are usually sent out around 3 months prior to the big day, so please allow enough time!

 

PAYMENT: If you would like to place an order, a deposit of 50% of your total order value excluding Postage and Packaging charges is required with your order. The remaining 50% of the balance plus the Postage and Packaging will then be due before the final part of your order is dispatched to you. Small orders and single items for example Guest Books require full payment when the order is placed. As your stationery is personalised, any cancelled orders following approvals of samples/proofs will loose their deposits. Payment can be made either via cheque or paypal. Please note, all designs featured on my website are Sarah Jane Designs originals, but due to the fact that each card is individually handmade, very slight unavoidable differences may occur between items.

 

REFUNDS: We will do are best to ensure all items arrive to you in perfect condition. Please notify us as soon as possible if this is not the case. Refunds will only be given if the goods you receive are faulty or I have sent wrong items to you by mistake. All items that require a refund should be sent back to: 8 Medellin Hill, Southfields, Northampton, NN3 5DF in the state you received them in and a refund will be issued via cheque or paypal. Please note, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur in the subsequent posting of items (i.e. when you send your items out to guests)

 

WORDING: Please ensure that all wording you send to me has been thoroughly checked for spellings etc as once a proof has been agreed by you, I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made once you have given me the go ahead. This especially applies to Table Plans as I cannot send proofs of these items!
